We're happy to accommodate exchanges within 7 business days from the date you're notified of delivery. Please ensure that the apparel is unworn and undamaged for us to process the exchange. Unfortunately, if we receive damaged items, we won't be able to proceed with the exchange. Kindly note that the customer is responsible for covering all shipping costs associated with the exchange.

Sizing Assistance:

If you're unsure about sizing, please refer to our size chart for guidance. We recommend sizing up if you're between sizes for an oversized look. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues. If you need assistance with sizing, feel free to reach out to us for personalized guidance.

Condition of Items:

We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been worn, damaged, exposed to pet dander/hair, or washed.

Lost or Misplaced Items:

Please ensure that you send your shipment with a tracking number. We're not responsible for lost or misplaced items. If your return package doesn't have tracking and fails to reach us, we won't be able to process your refund.

Final Sale:

Once you've returned or exchanged an item from your order, the entire order is considered final sale. No further returns or exchanges from that order will be accepted.

Sale Items:

All sale items are final sale. We do not accept returns for sale items.
